Welcome! The following regulations are intended toprovide all guests of the Antique Capital RV Park with an enjoyable and safeexperience.
Office / Camp Store Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sundays: 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Check in Time: 1:00 p.m.
Registration: All Residents mustregister upon arrival. Rates are basedupon the current rate schedule posted in the office. DMV registration may be requested atcheck-in.
Checkout Time: 12:00 p.m. Campers staying over must re-register beforecheckout. Prior reservations takepreference over change of plans.
Guests: All guests mustregister with the office prior to entering the Park. We ask that you keep the number of guestsminimal. Guests are requested to leavebefore quiet time.
Pets: Pets are welcome. We haveprovided two dog runs where dogs may be unleashed and run. At all other times, dogs must be leashedwhile on park property. Dog pens of anytype are not allowed on park property. If pets are tied outside on the owner’s site, they must beattended. Do not tie pets to any of thepark trees or fixtures. Cleanup isrequired and enforced and is the responsibility of the pet owner. Aggressive or disruptive pets will be bannedfrom the park. Pets are not allowedinside any of the park buildings.
Speed Limit: 10 mph
Noise: Please be considerate of other residents. Quiet hours are 9:00 pm to7:00 am. Please be reasonable with your TV and radio volumes. No generatorsshall be run before 8:00 am or after 9:00 pm.
Fires / BBQ: Fire rings that are off the ground and havescreen covers are allowed at your site. All fires are to be put out by 12:00 midnight and debris cleaned up. Let coals in BBQ extinguish themselves. Do not dump ashes on ground.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in anyof the park buildings. Please dispose ofyour butts in a trash receptacle - Not on the park grounds.
Showers: Showers are for overnight paying guests only.
Laundry: Effective use of the laundry room is madepossible by your cooperation. Pleaseclean Washers & Dryers after each use and obey all posted signs in thelaundry room. NO outside clotheslinesplease.
Trash: Deposit trash in tied bags inside of the dumpster by the pond.
Trees: No trees are to be cut, damaged or harmed in any way. Rope, string or wire may not be attached to trees, vegetation, poles orCounty property at any time.
Vehicles: Only two cars are permittedper site. All others must be parked inthe parking lot.
Motorbikes: Unlicensed motorbikes and/or motorized scooters are prohibited. Motorcycles may be used for ingress andegress only to sites. Posted speedlimits must be observed.
Sites: Sites are to be kept clean at all times. Don’tpark on grass area or put anything on the grass without permission.
Sub rental: Recreational vehicles at Antique Capital RV Park to be used solelyby owner. No rental of units is permitted.
Repairs: No vehicle repairs, maintenance activities, fluid changes,washing/rinsing of vehicles / RV’s are permitted in the park.
Lake Rules: No swimming in thelake. Children under 12 should beaccompanied by an adult around the lake. No boats allowed.
Fishing: Catch and Release. Fishermen please pick up your trash.
Parents are responsible for their children at alltimes. Management assumes noresponsibility for injury, accidents or losses from any cause. Management is not responsible for loss ofpersonal property or for accidents of any nature. Owner reserves the right to limit the stayand number of persons per site. Thankyou for obeying these rules.
